Add the job, not a sales pitch.

Give the job a name, choose the kind of work and upload the photos. Describe what you actually installed or changed in plain sentences. Mark Before and After when you want a comparison.

Useful: ‘Installed a board-on-board western red cedar fence.’
More precise: ‘A pressure-treated base course sits at the ground line.’
Leave out measurements, promises or results you cannot confirm.

Resolve anything that needs a look.

If the photos seem to show different work, a private detail or an unclear stage of the job, JobReel pauses for your input. Read the reason, choose another photo or confirm the relevant detail. It should be a correction you understand, not a box you tick just to continue.

Review the actual file.

Inspect the complete image, headline, business name and caption. Edit the words before approving. A flagged phrase comes with an explanation and a remedy. If the detail is true, confirm the whole fact and save again.

Approve. Download. Share.

Approve the version you want, download the image and copy the caption. Open the downloaded file to check it, then post it to your business account. Your workspace keeps the approved creative so you can return to it.
