Terms of Service
The agreement between you and jobreel for using the service.
Who we are
jobreel is a service that turns the job photos you upload into social media posts — captions and reels — for your business, and publishes them to your connected accounts after you approve them. These terms are between you (the business owner or an authorised representative) and jobreel.
The service
You upload photos of your work. jobreel drafts posts from them and sends each to you for approval. Nothing is published until you approve it. While the service is in its early access period, some publishing steps are performed for you by our team rather than fully automatically; we tell you which accounts are connected on your Connections screen.
Your content and rights
You keep ownership of your photos and your business content. By uploading, you confirm you have the right to use each photo for marketing — including the right to show any property, work, or people in it — and you grant jobreel permission to store, process, and publish that content on your behalf to produce and post your marketing. You are responsible for the accuracy of any claim in your brand kit (for example, that your business is licensed or insured); jobreel repeats what you provide.
Approvals and publishing
jobreel does not post without your approval. You are responsible for reviewing each draft before you approve it. Once approved, a post is scheduled and published to your connected accounts; timing and availability depend on those third-party platforms, which are outside our control.
Acceptable use
Don't upload content you don't have the rights to, content that is unlawful, or content that infringes someone's privacy or intellectual property. Don't use jobreel to post misleading, deceptive, or prohibited advertising. We may suspend or close an account that breaches these terms or a connected platform's policies.
Fees and cancellation
Any fees, billing period, and early-access pricing are as described to you when you sign up. You can cancel at any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period, and you won't be charged again after that.
Availability and liability
jobreel is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We work to keep it reliable but can't guarantee uninterrupted service or any particular marketing result. To the extent permitted by law, jobreel is not liable for indirect or consequential losses, and our total liability is limited to the fees you paid us in the three months before the claim.
Termination
You can close your account at any time. When you do, we delete your data within 30 days, as described in our Privacy Policy. We may suspend or close an account for a breach of these terms.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of British Columbia, Canada, and the courts of British Columbia have jurisdiction over any dispute.
